Lenovo Miix 510 has been launched at the IFA 2016 and it is somewhere between the Asus Transformer Book and Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Lenovo Miix 510 specifications are better than the Asus Transformer Book T300FA but lower than Surface Pro 4. It has detachable keyboard so it has that popular 2 in 1 laptop design where you can use the display as standalone tablet and attaching the keyboard makes it a full fledged laptop.
Lenovo Miix 510 specs: what is it?
At 599 dollars / euros, the Lenovo Miix 510 is an affordable ultrabook hybrid that runs windows 10 operating system. It is not yet know how kind of material will be shipped with it but it will be tad better than the Transformer Book T300FA from Asus.
Lenovo Miix 510 specs include (upto) Core i7 processor, up to 8GB RAM, and 1TB SSD for the highest end model. Of course, the lowest end starting model will not have those earth shattering specs. The screen packs 12.2 inch screen and it has IPS technology so you will be able to enjoy wide viewing angles. It has full HD resolution packing 1920 x 1200 pixels.
Dolby tech is being used for audio for better sound output. Two cameras are available onboard – one 720p camera on the front and 5MP rear. Wireless technologies like 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and 4G LTE radios are present onboard. So you will be have no problem with mobile internet on the move.

The connector of the Miix 510 from Lenovo is home to 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB 3.0 and a standard USB 3.0 Type-C. The keyboard is backlit and has active stylus to interact directly with the screen.
With the keyboard attached, the Lenovo Miix 510 weighs 1.25 kilograms and offers 7.5 hour battery life through its 39 Wh capacity. Tablet part weighs 800 grams which is appropriate and expected for a 12.2 inch windows tablet. Its dimensions are 30 x 20.5 x 1.58 cm. It will be available with windows 10 onboard in month of October 2016. Like Microsoft Surface Pro 4, you will have to buy keyboard dock separately.
