This is review of Otterbox Defender case for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. There are two rugged cases that are popular about users – one is UAG and second is Otterbox Defender case. Both enjoy excellent reputation for being most resilient ones.
Otterbox Defender Case is quite bulky and ugly. UAG cases look more asthetically pleasing to the eye. But if you do not want people to notice your Note 20 Ultra, Otterbox Defender Case is a great choice. Its dull plastic construction makes sure no one will even notice you are carrying a $1300 phone.
The bottom of the port is completely covered. The S-pen are is exposed and I personally like it as it allow easy access to S-pen which is totally ignored by most phone case manufactures. They put so much emphasis on the design but totally forget to give decent opening for the S-pen so that the users can easily take it in or out.
Otterbox Defender Case for Note 20 Ultra provides excellent protection to the triple cameras on the back. It raises the height significantly so you probably won’t have to use camera protector on Note 20 Ultra.
Compared to the Samsung’s official rugged case which they call Protective Standing Cover, there is no kickstand which is quite convenient while watching movies. They have included a hands-free kickstand in the box though.
Otterbox Defender Case is all about providing multi layer drop protection to your expensive device and it does that incredibly well. It costs 60 dollars on Amazon.com and available on almost all ecommerce websites.
