Both Admin and clients can fill out claim forms online for employees. There are two types of forms:

  • Upload capabilities for photos and receipts
  • Any comments

After submitting a form, the Admin receives a "receipt. This receipt can be further edited by adding prices, filling in additional information and finally converted into an invoice for the customer.

The forms summary page allows Admin to easily search for specific forms based on various criteria such as 'order form number', 'form type', 'subcontractor', 'date', 'activity' and 'project name'.

Admin can view the validation of data (E.g.: certificates).

Certificates
Certificates can be easily added through the platform.

Materials and experience
Admin can specify what materials an employee works with and how much experience. 

Chamber of Commerce (CoC).
The Chamber of Commerce number of employees can be added as a PDF, after which the 2Pro platform can automatically verify its authenticity.

The employee overview page allows Admin to quickly and efficiently search for specific employees based on criteria such as "Subcontractor," "Company Name," "Last Name," or "Chamber of Commerce Number.

Project Management

Admin can add projects by filling in the required information, such as:

  • Project Status
  • Project code
  • Main contractor
  • Other relevant project information

    The projects overview page allows Admin to quickly filter projects by status (active or inactive), project code, client or project name.

User Management and Settings

The Admin has full control over the platform and can easily add, manage and activate or deactivate users. This allows for orderly and secure user administration, with access to the platform quickly adjusted as needed.
