For the educational organization Karibu, a powerful digital presence was critical to effectively communicate their mission and vision to their two main audiences: those seeking expertise, and the professionals providing expertise. My Tech Partner was engaged to accomplish this through a custom solution that would seamlessly integrate both Karibu's brand identity and corporate identity.

Brand identity and design
The foundation for the project was laid by an outside agency that developed a comprehensive brandbook. This brandbook acted as the blueprint for the graphic designs, which were developed in Figma. From this followed a clear visual representation of the
brand identity of Karibu, which needed to be translated into a user-friendly, technically solid website.Â
The goal was to incorporate the organization's core values prominently on the pillar pages, as seen on the Our Pillars page, and to make the offerings clear and creative presentation, such as on the offer page. This used six visual tiles that display Karibu's services attractively and conveniently. For the professionals of Karibu was created a separate section where potential clients can easily navigate and be able to make a match with an educator through the 'Match me with a educator" CTA.

To bring the brand identity to life digitally, it was critical to establish a solid technical foundation. My Tech Partner chose a custom solution with Nuxt as a backend and a headless CMS (Strapi) for managing and delivering content. This architecture offers multiple benefits: lightweight and efficient code, improved performance, and a stable platform that is easy to maintain....
In the technical realization, the Figma web designs converted to Vue components which followed the visual and functional requirements of the project in detail. This provided a flexible framework that allows Karibu to independently modify content via Strapi, the user-friendly backend, without technical knowledge. This allows changes to be made quickly and easily, which is crucial for an organization that is constantly evolving.
Management of the site has also been streamlined, with the client having full control over updating content, adding new projects, partners and pages, and managing teaching staff through their individual pages. This flexibility was integrated without compromising the performance and stability of the site.



SEO Migration and maintaining domain authority
In addition to technical realization, maintaining SEO value was a crucial part of the project. Together with the marketing agency, a plan was drawn up to ensure that all the pages were migrated correctly, including redirects and other essential SEO actions. This ensured that the accumulated domain authority of the old website was retained after the new site went live.
Custom contact funnels
An important part of the user-friendly experience are the customized contact funnels. Visitors are directed via various CTAs to two specific contact forms: 'I seek expertise" and "I offer expertise. Each form has its own flow that takes the visitor through the steps required leads. This ensures that after the organization submits the form immediately has all the information needed to process the application efficiently. Educators who wish to apply go through a similar, streamlined procedure, where they too can easily submit all relevant data.Â

User-friendly Navigation and CTAs
Another important aspect of the project was to provide clear navigation for both target groups. The target groups should have easy access to the information relevant to them. Among other things, this was realized on the Partners and Projects page, where users can easily scroll through the various projects and obtain more information on an individual level.Â
The "Match me with an educator" functionality provides a streamlined experience where visitors are directed directly to the appropriate contact form via a simple call-to-action. These types of smart navigation choices increase conversion rates and provide users with a frictionless experience.
Result
The project for Karibu illustrates how a custom solution with Nuxt, Vuejs and Strapi not only provides a solid technical foundation, but also offers a perfect translation of brand identity into the digital space.Â
The flexibility of the platform allows Karibu to dynamically adapt their content both now and in the future, while keeping their website performing optimally for both audiences.
